@superphil92 No it isn't because a tuba has a different purpose than a baritone, they have different parts. Flutes and oboes have different parts and sound very different. Bari and bass have the same part, mostly anyhow.

Listen harder. They are definitely there. I heard them. The Trumpets are SUPPOSED to overpower, because we are supposed to focus on them. Just the string section was underplaying. Not supposed to be loud, but at least audible. They are there, though.
