I have one. It's pretty good, but it's no smartphone. The fundamental flaw of this review is that she's grading it against smartphones that cost $400-500 without contract. You can get this phone for $150 or less without contract. Right now, if you buy it with contract on t-mobile, it's free. I bought this because it was the best phone tmobile would give me without paying the $30/mo data plan. (before tmobile's recent data plan structure change.)
