Volker, I first heard this brilliant composition of yours about 2 years ago. It blew my mind then, and it still moves the soul now! It's very inspirational! How do you do it? It touches all the right places - right there on the soul! If you ever release these creations as mp3's or Albums, I would buy them in a flash. Good - no, EXCEPTIONAL work should always be rewarded. You're a genius!!

Holz"), if you want. Btw, I do this music originally for an own created radio play series I never published, called "UFO -The Next Generation" in 1993! It was a must to compose a new music similar NOT equal to the series of "UFO", because of the copyrights, so it was my own music.

Movie legend Robert Evans has unveiled plans to turn 1970s British sci-fi series UFO into a new film.

The Chinatown and Marathon Man producer has bought the rights to the live action show, which was created by Gerry Anderson - the man behind Thunderbirds.

The original series was set in the year 1980 and followed a covert military organization which kidnapped and killed humans.

According to Daily Variety, Evans has commissioned a script for the movie version, which will be set in 2020.

Volker is too modest. Granted, Barry Gray did compose the original great theme. However, to take the original composition and augment it, as did Volker, deserves equal appreciation and recognition of talent. As stated before, excellent work!

This is a truly brilliant adaptation of Barry Grays U.F.O. TV series Theme - so good, it could still be used if the series was ever remade in the future. I thoroughly enjoyed it, and wish I could buy this music in the shops. It's the sort of stuff I listen to in the car on my sub-woofer system. I don't care if people think I am a geek! Sci-Fi music themes rule - especially ones made like Barry Gray did - and Volker400, can I just say your theme will now haunt me forever, it really is THAT good!

But don't overestimate t h i s music. I personally think, the "only" original music to "UFO" was composed by Barry Gray! Gray has composed intentionally the original music as a kind of "James Bond" with SciFi-character-pop-music--- brilliant!! Much better than the intro-music to STAR TREK-TOS, which sounds like a boring Hollywood-love theme--- not very inventive.

I used to watch all of these shows on Saturday afternoons. They are the type of programs that made me go to England for my 1st trip overseas and made me a life long Anglophile!

I was in 6th and 7th Grade when they came out and always enjoyed Barry Gray music and Anderson sci fi...

There exist still 17 soundtracks on a CD-R, but there're a few more tracks on DAT (Digital Audio Tape), I don't know how many.
