  • The announcer is speaking too rapidly for his words to be processed, over the LOUD vocal background. A lot of important concepts are being lost here, because this is simply too chaotic for easy comprehension.

  • Good videos but its hard to hear for non english people with the soviet national anthem playing in the background. Thank you for posting though.

  • george orwell ever suggest anything close to a Illuminati or that the group in power are the same that were empower thousends of years ago. only that they have the same desires of they.

  • laaa laaa laaa ... click on X screw your stupid soundtrack

  • The fucking music is so fucking distracting.

  • @jlya2012 its the damn music..

  • @jlya2012 Get off your ass and make your own then, loser... I notice your site doesn't have any, tosser!

  • china has a communist dictator while the u.s. has a capitalist dictator.

  • @chafaclon East Asia versus Oceania...citizen...

  • @chafaclon No, china is communist in name only, and the US has never and cannot by definition have a dictator.

Everything that happens in America is the fault of everyone over the age of 18, and everything that happens in china is the fault of its ruling oligarchy and the people that tolerate its continued existence.

Claiming that either system is "Orwellian" is to avoid responsibility and to ensure that it may become that at some point in the future.

  • @chafaclon Close, but China is to Communism, as piss is to lemonade. Someone who takes a brief look might call it that which you want it to be, or be called, but anyone who takes more then five seconds to sniff, knows it's not sweet, yet slightly bitter lemonade, that all of humanity strives for! And it's cheap too.

  • @chafaclon the merger of state and corporate power is called fascism. the u.s. has a fascist dictator.

  • AAAAAAAAARRRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHH. Enough with the Soviet anthem, it's driving me mad.

  • @sohc287 Ingsoc = English Socialism

  • Thank god Orwell never foresaw the internet rofl.

  • @mrjoje Telescreens: webcams/speak-writes: computers/ Minsitry of Love: DARPA - 24 hour surveillance, face-reconition, numberplate readers - I think you speak too soon...

  • @mrjoje what do you think they were hooked into when the 'exercise lady' showed up every morning to make sure everyone was doing there exercises.....!?

also, odumbo and his dog faced wife are now ramping up for the 'exercise lady' to show up in your home. they want to make sure you are eating the correct foods too.

  • @mrjoje why?

  • @mrjoje He did - the telescreen and speak/write...

  • @mrjoje

May our forces always win, especially on the Malabar Front.

  • Orwell was no friend of liberty. All socialist and communist efforts are aimed, not at establishing a free society, but one that shackles the productive minority to the more powerful majority, or to the outright use of force to level everyone upon some mythical, artificial plane at which point everyone will strive to uplift that plane (i.e. society, or the majority) rather than themselves. How is that everyone's product and labor is worth the same, according to some objective theory of values?

  • Orwell was staunchly anti-Communist. That's a matter of record.

  • True, but being anti-communist is not the same thing as promoting liberty. He was a flaming socialist, which is essentially anti-liberty.

  • You should speak to citizens of the many socialist countries of Europe and citizens of gone and forgotten communist regimes before making such a bold statement and not believe in what government tells you to think. Ingsoc has always existed in the real world and still does today. Fortunately we have a thing called the internet that's allowing people to share thoughts and bringing the new guard out of the shadow of the old one.

  • Oh yes. Before the internet everyone was stupid. You dumb schmuck.

  • No, before the internet everyone was ignorant.

  • Actually, that's retarded. People TODAY are stupider than people 200 years ago. It doesn't help to have a billion wikipedia "facts" at your fingertips if you are an idiot. Like you.

  • I live in scandinavia one of the more socialist places on earth we are free in many cases more free then you. Freedom to roam, Freedom to universial healthcare in our time of need etc.

  • "Freedom" to universal healthcare... hahaha! That's some Newspeak for you there... you have the "freedom" to steal from others to pay for your healthcare... Orwell couldn't have written it better. Freedom is the absence of THEFT and SLAVERY, not the institutionalization of them! The purpose of government is to defend life, liberty, and property, not attack them!

  • Orwell was for universial healthcare. It is not theft it just makes sure that people do not die because they cannot aford there healthcare as they do in USA. But you rather want them to die I guess

  • Yes, Orwell was a mess of contradictions; trying be both anti-authoritarian and socialist... impossible.

Actually, yes, when you use violence to take things from other people, it's called stealing. Stealing is wrong. That's why I don't do it. It's still stealing even if the people stealing are government bureaucrats. I believe in voluntary charity, not violent dictatorship, you dumb schmuck.

  • I hope you understand that the thing we pay less for our healthcare then yiu do in USA and still get more of it. The taxes that get paid for incureance is something we all win on because healthcare is right if you gett ill you wallet should not effect or chanses to get treatment. Or would you want to privatice the fire department, police department ? Let the market be where market thinking works and healthcare is not one of em.

    All love

  • This is such a mess I don't know where to begin.

The US doesn't have a free market in ANYTHING, much less healthcare. US healthcare is expensive, because of government regulations and subsidies, but it is the best in the world. Important surgeries done immediately and there is no rationing or waiting lists, unlike the UK.

You comment is a hodgepodge of pro-government solutions, and you ignore my entire moral point about stealing.

  • Pro-goverment sulution? No universial healthcare can be run localy I hope you know. Secondly stealing is when you take away something a person owns and keep it for one self. In this cases the taxes you pay goes back to you trough health incureance. Your greedy incureance screw customers and steal by denying people covereage because it costs to much. All of the world the first world nations have universial healthcare because it works. It is morlay wrong to say money should govern peoples life.

  • Part 2: But you stil ldid not awsner my question do you want to privatise fire department, police department ? And I hope you know that USA is often as the worlds most capitalist nation in the world.

  • The US is NOT a capitalist country, and it is NOT the freest country in the world. By all measurable standards, Hong Kong is. But the US is very free, and is very prosperous, far more so than socialist Europe, or semi-socialist Asia, or socialist Africa or South America.

Fire department's probably can be semi-privatized, but because fires pose a risk to everyone, only semi. Police departments no, because the power to use force must be put under objective control.

  • I see you connect directly connect freedom and capitalism . I hope that mixed economies like Norway as prime examples gives the best living standards in general. Ok so then I ask so illnes does not pose a risk for everyone? You do failed logic there. I talk with people from the USA and they say that for an example many of the welfare we have here in Scandinavia is good thing. Secondly Hong kong? The place with bad wages.. and bad working conditions? Is that what you want?

    Anyway all love

  • So if you live in a dictatorship and still hade full 100% market econonomy where the corporations get alot of power with crap wages.. and where evrything is govern with money would be by your standards free?

  • You really don't know a lot about economics, so I'm going to recommend you do some reading on the subject. When you do, I'd be happy to continue this discussion.

  • I have done. Do you think Norway is horrondous place to live in? When it has for an example more GDP per capita then USA.. What I object is your extremly idealogical utopia that you belive will happens when the market is 100% ''free''utopianists scare me.

    All love

  • if competition were allowed, it would force each service provider to either lower prices or increase quality. what is hard about this to understand?

a lack of competition ensures you shittier service, lower quality at a higher price, because you have no other choice.

  • What is so hard to understand that certain things do not work in the market? Healthcare and markets do not match because they are oposite it only leads to market failure and moral hazard. People who die just for the reason that they where denied coverage or could not aford treatment.. it is sick... or people who have to be ill for years becauset hey cannot healthcare...

You free market fundies scare me keep the market where markets work.

    All love

  • @littlebier8 Isnt government stealing from you when it taxes you to fight wars in your name. Wars that you may have no interest in? Its not stealing when it funds billion dollar fieldtrips to Mars and the moon? Its not stealing when it finances advances in technology like the internet , gps, etc only to hand it over to private interests which then charge you to use them?

  • Yes, that's stealing. That's my POINT. Stealing is stealing is stealing. WHO does the stealing or even WHY they do the stealing is immaterial.

  • @littlebier8

Stealing is when you use force to take something away ILLEGALLY, while taxes are being voted by elected representatives and play a fundamental role in functioning of the public services. There are services which should be public and there is nothing morally wrong about it. Not everyone has the chance to be born in rich familly and yet in order to have at least some chances in this world, he should have the minimum to survive: i.e a decent education, healthcare and security.

  • Please! No more Stalin period soviet national anthem! Even a different version of the same anthem!
