  • First time I've heard of that idea...looks good though...I must admit the closest I've gotten to home made Spag bol is one of those nuke jobs from the chain stores...not bad if you got no taste buds!;)

  • Having some probs buffering vids just now so Imma get back to these soon as...;)

  • The funniest outtake I've seen in long time!

  • I think you did a great job!! and your sauce looks wonderful. Love the outakes LOL

  • @PrincessDiana161 Well, I didn't follow instructions well but I'm going to do this again, without the sauce.

  • @Perroquet51 I dont think there's a bad way of making this. Either way it comes out good and that's what counts :) xoxox

  • A friend does this all the time :) She loves it.

  • Hey friend, it looks great! It nice to see you, well kinda see you, at least hear your voice! Hoping you are well! I think of you often. HUGS xoxo

  • I'm starving !! :-) hugs, Chris

  • 2nd day pasta can be quite a treat. So many ways to play with it.

  • OH my! Well, the final product looked good. It's a win if you don't have to call the fire department. At least that's a win at my house. ;)

  • @SueVlogs I agree. Once the fire department is called, you pretty much have to admit you failed.

  • What I wanta know is how you make *leftover* spaghetti from scratch.

I think Diana failed to mention that she let hers set out for a coupla days to dry. Then she made the pizza.

That flip at 3:39 is one of those times when you look around hoping not even the cats were watching. And yes, I'm no less guilty. I may one day put together a blooper reel...

In finished form, it looked a lot like spaghetti with egg sauce. She's apparently keeping some important part of this recipe secret...

  • @anmoose LOL, I made the spaghetti the night before. I probably should have waited two or three days before using it, instead of one. I would LOVE to see your blooper reel! I hope all the mishaps occurred before your new kitchen was installed.

  • ooops

  • @MonicaTheMad Thank for watching, Monica :-)

  • Great pasta touchdown spike at the end!

  • @Jackurbation Chef Maladroit strikes again. I think I should start uploading to that channel, instead of this one.

  • Dang that looks good. Hugz Perr Flambe... Hehehehe

  • I dont have any nonstick pans either, I just know they will be found to cause cancer some day.

Interesting use of leftovers, I may give it a shot sometime;-)

Love your technique for flipping! LOL

  • @1DRock37167,

By the time they prove that nonstick pans cause cancer, we'll all have died from cancer caused by breathing. I'm going for it while I can. LOL

  • ....."in spite of a few misteps along the way" Hahaha! I'm sure Princess Diana got a bang out of this!

  • i will have to try this tomorrow, having yummy spaghetti tonight, i wonder what it will be like if i added some cheese to the top?

  • This looks delicious! I need to try it!

  • I love your cookery videos, exploding eggs and splattered spag bol.... you are lovely and i think you know i think that... if that makes any sense, it does to me

    :-)

  • Now that looks good.....I'm definitely going to try this out! Next time I cook spaghetti I will cook some extra for the next day! Great idea!

  • @Wysiwygnuttyjo51 Considering I did it all wrong, it was very good. I'll do it the right way, next time :-)

  • I remember this from my childhood at my Grandmothers. I had lost that memory some how. Thanks for bringing it back. And BTW,as I watched the video I thought "just flip it w/a plat." I am so glad you showed us that process.I'll make spaghetti tonight so I can try this tomorrow.

  • @richardmann184 I knew it was too wet to flip so I thought I'd be ingenious. That rarely works for me :-)

  • as long as you don't set fire to the house, it's all good.

  • @bohogirl1 I once set myself on fire, literally. When the gas came on, it kind of exploded from under the frying pan and caught the pills on my fuzzy sweater on fire and I burst into flames. For a couple of seconds I thought I was making Perr Flambe.

  • Your frying pan looks expensive and I don't understand why you have to have the premium eggs. The $1.25 eggs do just as well. Besides, it is a little extravagant to use an egg in the first place, isn't it?

The flip was classic and I'm glad you showed. I chuckled since I had already seen Diana's pasta pie!

    - roc

  • @popparoc46 There's a little farm, nearby, that gives away premium eggs...in the middle of the night, when the farm folk are sound asleep.

  • @papercuts777 Yeap, Diana used plain noodles. I don't follow directions well.

  • @RobWillieJesse You should make it, just leave out the sauce.

  • Hahaha! I have to use that flipping method sometime! Great video Marc! I will check the princess out. I absolutely love your cast iron pan! Have a wonderful day!

  • @pastryparrot1 If you use my flipping technique, try not to forget about the exhaust fan. It kinda got in the way.

  • Thats a nice cast iron pan - where did you steal it from? I might try that one day but I never have leftovers of pasta so I guess I would have to cheat too!

  • @MrRandomWritings I didn't steal that pan! I found it, in a parking lot. ..

    In an unlocked car...

    in a shopping bag.

  • @Perroquet51 underneath a rug, behind a seat and in full view for any opportunist to come along and take it I suppose

  • @MrRandomWritings Yeah well...I like to think of it as a geocache find.

  • You just killed a delicious pasta dish in the last scene LOL

  • @lazmalt I tried to cover it up, but all clues point back to me :-(

  • wow Here you go flaunting your money around on us.... Geesh. lol just kidding.. I want to try this recipe out

  • @sunsetlover LOL, don't try mine, go to her video and see what she did. Or more, what she didn't do.

  • Ha ha ha! That's the best flip ever!!! ;-)

  • @hallbe I live and I learn but I keep coming up with new ways to screw things up.

  • Hmmm, a spaghetti pancake! Haha. Love the bloopers! LOL

  • @mysteryglo Yes, I had called it a spaghetti pancake but I cut that part out. I cut a lot out of this video lol

  • Gotta love that Diana!

  • @Zipster08 Yeap, I adore the princess :-)

  • It looks great. Watching your special flipping technique makes me want to use a bacon press to ensure solidity.

  • @thizizliz ROFL!

  • lol Great clip at the end there! Thanks for reminding me! I haven't had left over pasta but I had left over turmeric rice and just made it! Yum but I think pasta will be better. You have to fry it till it's quite crispy so you can flip it ; ) I added onions and cheddar cheese on top of mine and I'm eating it right now =D

  • @Pippilly Yum! That sounds good.

  • I am dying here. :D :D

    Fabulous!

  • @nameofthepen LOL ;-)

  • Yep, anytime you do food recipes, people will totally tell you how it SHOULD be done. HAHAHA EXACTLY! What the hell are they doinng watching your vid if they know how to do it? I like that answer :)

Looks fantastic :) Crunch is good. Try that spaghetti pie.. crispy on the edges. yum.

  • @silverscreamgrl Yes indeed. We expect friends to correct us but when others do it who already have the perfect recipe, we have to wonder...

  • yummy marc

  • @Dlorezzz Thanks for watching :-)

  • That looks soooo yummy! I'm going to have to try this one the next time I have left over pasta! :-) xoxoxo

  • @GreatGig1 Be sure to watch PrincessDiana's video before you make it!
