Could somebody please tell me the name of that song from that Black Eagle part? 'Cuz I heard it on some episodes of Ren & Stimpy. It's gotta be one of those songs from the classical genres

?Doesn't this flick contain the whole Black Eagle opening for MPFC episode"spam"? Or you mean some other Black Eagle? Sorry that's beyond my knowledge.

No, It is not the whole opening, the original contains more text, the caption "The black eagle" is missing, also the caption "After the novel "The blue eagle" etc.
