I think our founders had the right idea, limited government especially on the Federal level, with the states having more power and control than the Federal. The Federal Gov has no business being involved in education. Not one dime should come from the Fed Gov to support education. All children should have a chance at a quality education. Dr. Byrne wishes to provide low income and disadvantaged youths the same opportunity as the middle and upper classses.
