  • Are Matt chapters 24&25 a parable? Were the words Jesus uttered on the cross a parable? So the disciples sought an explanation for the parable of the sower but weren't concerned about a man in hell, is that it? When you and your followers lift up your eyes in hell you'll know it's not a parable. The time has come when men have departed from the faith and given heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils and heaped to themselves teachers having itching ears. Satan gives your teaching an amen

  • The great gulf that you errorously refer to as the Jordan river is the separation of upper hades, or Paradise, (not Heaven as you said in your 1st video) where all OT believers went at death, (Jesus went there immediately after His crucifiction.

Luke 23:43>Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with Me in paradise.) from lower hades/hell where unbelievers went at death & are still there.

All OT believers were taken to the real Heaven by Jesus after His resurrection. (Eph.4:8)

  • @digger629 Again this "upper hades" nonsense has absolutely no scriptural support. This is something that you either were taught, or that you read in some crazy publication. There are no "compartments" in hades. Hades(The grave) is where EVERYBODY who died is now, and will remain there until the resurrection of the dead. Even king David, the man after God's own heart, is still in his grave and has NOT ascended to heaven(Acts 2:29.34)

  • @digger629 It's no wonder why you are so confused about this parable. It's the very reason why Jesus SPOKE in parables, so that the multitude(You included)will not understand. Matthew 13:10-11-"And the disciples came, and said to Him, Why do you speak in parables? He(Jesus)answered and said to them, "Because it is given to YOU to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, BUT TO THEM(The multitude)IT IS N-O-T given. So, obviously, the parables are STILL effective today in keeping people blind

  • If there was such a thing as mulligan Bible interpretation, you would win the prize. The way you lump the real parables of Jesus in with Luke 16 & other teachings is a act Hudini would be proud of.

Why do you think it strange that the rich man had 5 brothers? There are thousands of men who have 5 brothers. (My wife has 10 sisters)

You make a parable out of this account with your outlandish interpretation of what is actually written.

  • @digger629 You are purposely refusing to se the point... No, it's not you actually, it's God not allowing you to see. First of all, Jesus ONLY spoke in parables when He spoke to the multitude, and that's what Matt 13:34 declares. "All these things did Jesus speak to the multitude in PARABLES, AND WITHOUT A PARABLE SPOKE HE NOT UNTO THEM." So, Jesus indeed was speaking a parable, for that is the only way He spoke to them. And pray tell...WHO IS "HUDINI?" lol!

  • @digger629 Secondly, it's not "strange" that the rich man has five brothers. The point is that Jesus didn't mention that he had 5 brothers just because He was picking a random number out of the air, and IF this was a literal story(Which it wasn't)the fact that he had 5 brothers wouldn't be important at all. But Jesus said that he had 5 brothers because Judah had 5 full brothers, and the self righteous Pharisees He was speaking to were able to grasp that Jesus was indeed speaking of Judah.
