Well I live here but was not raised. True it is boring and extremely hard to find a job. But it's just like anywhere else. If you live in an area of crime or poverty it will lower your characteristics. But what place does not have it's own ghetto? I live in a good area so I'm thankful. when I travel around tho, I see it.

idk if its legal or they got the funds but they should:

Work with the military and round up stocktons documented gangsters, dealers, thiefs, criminals etc...

and im sure more than 300 guns will turn up resulting in new convictions.

they should also put more lights along with cameras in the cities most darkest and dangerous areas.

and patrol its gang n drug turfs and start cleaning these streets up.
