Dymatize's pure isolate product mixes really well, and the chocolate tastes quite good too. I would imagine ON's pure isolate product would be just as good, expensive as fuck though. Dymatize's is slightly cheaper.

Personally, I had to switch to an isolate because I get bloated and gassy from whey. Pure hydro isolate seems to solve this problem.

If you don't need a pure hydro-isolate, then it probably doesn't get any better than ON's gold standard. Even better if you get the natural version.

this is what i noticed about whey protein...before taking it, EVEN after my workouts, I could go another 2-3 hours without exhaustion. After starting taking it...seems my body is LIMITED, why? not sure, maybe some artificial shit they have inside it. I personally NEVER took whey protein in my life and i noticed A LOT less good results after taking it. That's just my PERSONAL opinion.I think once my bottle is finished, I will stop taking whey.

@evalldas The best protein you can get just has a high percentage of actual protein, a good flavour, mixes good, and mighth have added taurine/amino acids.

Just buy small portions, try them out, see what tastes good and has these things I mentioned, and you can't go wrong.

Also more expensive does not mean it's better! Hope this helps!

Unless you buy skim choco milk, you're gonna have fats in there, and also a lot of sugar and some carbs. You'll be ingesting more unneeded nutrients wheras in whey protein shakes you're getting more protein (about 25 g, where as in choco milk you got maybe 15-20) and much less sugar and carbs that you don't need.
