@introe5. Yes there are a number of books that speak about how our genetic archetype determines our dietary recommendations. Unfortunately, they all talk about generic relationships. Conventional allergy testing can be very hit and miss as well, and often the reactive component my not be attached to the blood per se, but rather may be causing inflammation within the gut lining etc beforehand. The markers to what constitute as problematic foods or chemicals are normally not subtle enough either.
