  • I like what you did here. I just did the same sort of thing, but my booth is a little less permanent. I only set it up to paint my truck then I am planning on taking it down. I just need more exhaust power like yours. Since its only set up for a week, I might just purchase some box fans to allows more of a draft, I can't get my hands on industrial fans of I would use those like you did. Nice work!

  • When I was younger I painted with fans in the door blowing out like that or exhaust roof fan blowing out for many many years never ever had a problem with fire .You have to be doing something really stupid to have a problem..I am an auto painter and we just cant bring all our side jobs to work most shops dont allow it.Good job.

  • Ain't the fans drawing the paint vapor right into them self.... IGNITION SORCE! At least turn the flow around and let the fans draw fresh, filtered air from outside and blow the vapor out the window openings. Just reverse your system. Might save ya from a few 3rd degree burns.
