Considering how the Libyan people are indeed armed to the teeth and most certainly very motivated to attack and kill these CIA-operated/funded/created 'rebels', especially after seeing NATO destroy all their infrastructure, I was rather doubtful that the rebels' advance could ever come close to taking over the city, 'just like that'.

RT gives nothing but claims by a person blaming conspiracy theories for what happens. Evidence-based facts or belief, you can choose, i choose the former, AJE.

@MardasMan why is the burden of proof on her and not CNN? The "direct reports from doctors" by Al Jazeera have already been shown to be set up, their credibility is gone. Her track record for honesty is better than any reporter working for CNN, Fox or Disney. Believe what you want but doubt everything.

"Shown to be set up"? So you have proof, that they are "set up"? And EVEN IF that is, that doesn't make your claim true, it only would disprove one proof of AlJazeera, nothing else. Which lays the burden of proof on her, that whole western media has a conspiracy or miscalculation going on, because they mostly say the same about the battle of tripoli.
And i ask you, why you say: "Doubt everything.", if you believe claims without evidence, in contradiction to your entitlement.

@MardasMan Early on in the conflict several news agencies ran stories they later admitted were more or less staged for their benefit by the "rebels", they ran the stories for days before admitting to their "error" then, after the damaging reports were played hundreds of times they ran a quick apology and moved on.
I doubt reports from CNN and FOX because they have proven themselves to unreliable when it comes to facts, RT has never PROVEN itself to be so, that said, I still doubt everything.

I don't know of any of these "staged" stories, and i think i would have found out about them, if they were indeed just fake. I personally think you are just fabricating a story of "staged" stories for the benefit of your political affiliation. And RT has been proven very wrong. Just see this "report" here, which is from a very extreme government supporter, as she says, that they didn't push to tripoli. Now we know, that they control martyrs square, bab al-aziziyah and 80 % of it.
