I love my Vizsla!! They are so frienldy and come check out the video I posted with my baby vizsla cleaning the cat. Type in "vizsla see what happens to this cat" you Don't want to miss this!!
Love the video, what a wonderful breed. Lots of energy! I have a video posted demonstrating our 13 month old Vizsla Parker burning off some of own. What do you feed yours? He is so darn finicky!
Also, yes, Viszla's are their own breed. there were mixed with Weimer and German Pointer after WWI, when Hungary royalty had to scatter, thinning out the breed. The post about the Magyars is correct, from what I've read. they have been fantatic hunters for centuries. Mine don't hunt, but to see them point on game as they play is priceless. They have chewed through 2 couches, though and a mattress... Oh well, good thing they are cute...
I have litter-mates, Moose and Rocco. I'd never heard of the dog before my wife met the breeder. Now, I'll never own another breed. What fantastic dogs!! Love the Vizslas. Fantastic video!!
i have a vizsla and wamerwaner they had puppies so cute!!!!!! they had 7 !! they r 2 day old i wish i can keep all of them he have to give 3 away but they r going to my sister how lives in the graroge so they r not far@!!!
That was magnificent! We adopted the most beautiful male 5 month old puppy a year ago and we have been blessed with his "enthusiasm". You really hit the nail on the head with your wonderful clip!!!
@oreilly335 Vizslas were originally bred by crossing a Weim and a German Shorthair Pointer. Hence their abundant energy (from the GSP) and their endless stamina (from the Weims). What's the result? A beautiful, yet very high octane Vizsla!
