It is very nice that people with turner syndrome learn to accept themselves fully, we all should learn from that. Thank you. Now people will know that Turner syndrome are just tiny girls with a good sense of humor ☺ and no something strange just because of the word Syndrome

they are not "tiny" they are short

actually have a thicker trunk then average females.

They can have learning disabilites.

Just intelligent people that are not average people.

honey i know the description of the book actually one of my best friends is turner syndrome. What i want to say is that people should accept the fact that human beings come in different shapes and sizes, I saw this video too and i like the fact that she show pictures of her daily life and I just dont saw images of girls naked with a black box in her eyes like in medical books. That brings a better humanistic understanding of turner syndrome.

i'd not say those with TS are TINY girls, they are girls/women who are often shorter than average. here in the UK our TS girls are often reaching a final height of 5ft 2", so short but not tiny. and also within the normal range,, my daughter is 12 yr old has TS and expectect to reach 4ft 11" but short stature runs in my family as well as her having TS.. i do agree with the good sense of humor though. my daughter is a scream at times. those old pics in books do not show true TS girls of today

and those pics in books showing a naked girl eyes blocked out are so wrong. they show an untreated girl.. i remember seeing those when my girl was 3 days old. and seeing the words "ussually mentally retarded" the word NOT had been missed out..

fair enough if my girl was going to be mentally impaired, i'd accept it but to read that when MOST TS girls are not in that catagory is not nice. yes she has slight learning problems but it's more just 3D shapes bamboozle her. she can read like a 15yr old
