Lol, I got visage drop yesterday at KBD aswell. I was only doing my slayer task of black dragons at KBD for fun, and on my second solo kill, i got it.

I mustve killed around 50 KBD's on that account, I know it's not alot, but I think it really helps drops when you kill bosses on a slayer task. 34M at the time I got it :)

i went to kbd today and got kbd heads on a solo i would have prefered the visage cause i only got 51 construction and i need 78 to hang it up =/

I killed about 500 over the year with my friends, about 200 Solo and 100 in LS teams, so about 800 in total.

Took about a year, at 2-3 KBD's per day.
