  • Think the workout is really good, nice change, complex movements help to really feel athletic and dynamic.

    At least myself I feel strong from lifting heavy, but not athletic and dynamic, so I use such stuff. Beacause I want to BE fit, not only look like that. Bulks of muscles have nothing to do with fit, if one don't know how to utilize them.

    Title might be insensitive to some. I can understand that, if one is really hit hard by such an event, but I think none one these haters here is.

My best friend was killed in Iraq, so is my "Homeland Muscularity- "Be a 10 in 2010" with my Military Style Workout" title insensitive?... no.. I don't think so.

  • @ScottHermanFitness being fit is a part of the military, therefore your military style workout can be taken in context. Hurricanes and the suffering they cause has NOTHING to do with fitness and therefore, have absolutely no place in a fitness video.  Might as well title it "the MURDER and rape workout"

  • Respond to this video... Thanks! but NOT at all. The title is fine and the routine is to help promote staying POSITIVE in a NEGATIVE time.. I live in MA, the hurricane affected my surroundings, but not me, and I used fitness to occupy my thoughts.  That is the lesson I share with my Hermanites.

  • @ScottHermanFitness He doesn't mean a kipping pull up, a kip up is a gymnastic move where you throw yourself to your feet from lying supine on your back, by kicking with your feet and pressing your arms into the ground on the side of your head. Might find it also known as a kick-up

  • @123MMHS im not scott or anything but i do recommend p90x or insanity. i did p90x for like 50 days? (stopped due to me being lazy lol) but during that time i gained a hell of a lot of strength and lost like 12 pounds (im not that fat so yea). its something you can do if you dont have a personal gym or if you dont like to workout in public etc. but if you like working out in public just ask people their regimen and they'll give you like a daily thing they do so you can do it too.

  • I like how everyone thinks that this is worst hurricane in human history, when clearly its not. Any natural disaster never a good thing, and I hope everyone got through the hurricane just fine. I too was in the path of the hurricane but people really to keep things in perspective and throwing around negativity is more damaging then the hurricane itself. Also comparing this hurricane to the Holocaust is a huge insult and way out of line. Keep up the awesome work Scott this workout was awesome!
