I really enjoyed the Desmond journey parts actually. I just loved figuring out what was behind all this and hearing his story, it was epic =) The music fitted the scene so well too.

Desmond's journey is so lame and boring, and ridiculously hard (or maybe that's just me) I would rather he free run or something, maybe with a timed stage, or like those ruins where you need to pull levers and stuff, but not this -___-"

@threedaysgraceloverz It is called storyline, and they chose to keep it like that. Making it look more like a raw computer data area rather than going back to parkour... that is for Ezio and Altair.

The literal reason for it is that people complain about the lack of variety in AC gameplay, so, this game, they added a couple of new types of gameplay: This, the den defence and den attack. Couple of other things too I'm sure but they've escaped me just now.

@threedaysgraceloverz cause thats the point of this. he is in animus core. he said himself he doesnt feel his body and so on. they wanted to make journey of the mind different. i think they aimed for poetic. so it had to be different form the game. freeruning would have been totally out of place here
