Thanks for checking out the video. The bass is a Fender PJ-90 which I purchased used last year. Based on what I've read, this model was only produced in 1990 and 1991 and it was designed as a lower budget hybrid of the Fender Jazz and Fender Precision. I gather it didn't work out for Fender as they stopped production after two years – Ron

No bother dude. It's hard to say because I worked at it pretty hard in high school for several years. Then I stopped for a long long time and just started again last year. I'm guessing that the bulk of the learning took place over the first year and then the progress was much less noticeable. As I recall I was able to play simple songs after a few weeks of practice. Terrific cover, Ron! I see you bassists gettin down and want a bass myself, Bass/rythym guitar are the meat and potatoes of any song. This tune defined the 90s/grunge era for me. It never gets old. It's cool the way your covers span all genres, Dude.
