I have an instinctual revulsion to voting for a relative of a politician, let alone the wife of a PRESIDENT. How do you even begin to argue that she was not massively helped toward a political career? Think about game shows or contests, how families of people involved are not eligible. Kind of makes sense.

Adam Goldberg is wrong to say that her opinions are all that matter. Public office is not abstract opinion, it is (should be) rarefied air and you should have to claw up to it yourself
