I had this exact problem on my installation. Check the data wire from the keypad to the main control box. I say again this is exactly the symptoms, the data wire had pulled out of the key pad. I only had one key pad and I looked behind it and the wire was in a bind when I remounted it on the base.

Change the board, panel is bad. Had this issue with a Caddx NX-8CF Fire version.
