  • I'll be listening to this for ages

  • I have bipolar disorder. I´ve been under psyquiatriquc treatment during 18 year. But I often feel depression, anxiety, frear, anger. This eight minutes have been really magic to me. Thank you.

  • I suffer from anxiety, severe depression and panic attacks...so I found this and decided to try it. It helped a bit. I feel if I use it everyday perhaps it will really help me alot. thank you for uploading this.

  • @mollyosaka can you fil me in please if it helped you any still...I'm like yourself..thanks

  • I have been suffering from depression and panic disorder for approx 20 years. I've just listened to this and have to say I feel a little better. Nothing is immediate of course but I will listen to this again. Thanks so much for this! I got chills!! Guess that's a good sign!!

  • More gentle than most of its kind, as it should be.

its amazing the amount of so called relaxing items in here are actually quite opposite, but this is in the right vein

  • Wow Holy 2#@#%# for real this does work its so relaxing and beautiful thank you. Made me feel loved if that makes any sense LOL

  • I ripped this audio from youtube and put it on my mp3. Left it on repeat all night long on low level headphones, has worked for me. I found one of these helped me enormously, i cant really understand why it has helped though. I do think it is very important we are not sceptical of things that we do not understand and give them a shot. There are so very many things on this planet alone that we dont truely understand yet.

  • Music helps a whole lot with depression. I worked in the health service with depressed patients who almost all reported a mood lift after listening to their favourite tunes, and we recommended they spent at least an hour each evening chilling out with the headphones on. This ambient/binaural music is an interesting idea and worthy of more research imo. As a fortunate non-depressed person I found this very calming.

  • What if I listened to this like 3 hours a day whilst playing runescape? :) lol

  • It's working!! Like, instant! Haha crazy :)

  • I'm starting this treatment from today, I will let you guys know how it goes

  • Am I supposed to hear buzzing noises?

  • Perfect from Sirius

  • if i listened to one binaural beat...can i listen to another one after? will it work?

  • Awesome!!

  • I like it,good piece of music

  • SHOULD I LOOK AT THAT VIDEO WHILE LISTENING?? DOES IT DO ANYTHING?!..HEHE...

  • I felt better after listening to this video; it was very relaxing to the point where I felt like floating up and away with earth down below. Thank you.

  • amazing, almost had an anxiety attack and this calmed me right down. thank you so much!

  • listening to it with earphones it sends shivers down my spine o_o

  • This is so relaxing-- I have been very down today and this helped immensely.

  • I loved it, I felt very relaxed and feel asleep three times.

  • i feel much better :( , thank-you!! :)

  • excellent ... many thanks .... :)

  • Wonderful work of love thumbs up five stars.

  • try this when u are high...damn it's so cool

  • wow this thing actually works :o i was a bit skeptical at first but i continued to listen a few times day. Only recently have i noticed that i've been in a lot better moods lately! Plus my "down" moments are a lot shorter than before. Thnx for sharing with us!

  • I saw immediate results does that mean I am just receptive or does it mean i may have serious issues ?

  • As someone who has clinical depression past and present, I want to thank you for your holistic healing methods - putting the darkness behind me.

  • @miscroft Still alive?

  • @DrNepal why didnt i feel anything?

  • @techno2011997 It may take some time for you to realise changes. we recommend listening to this every day for at least 4-6 weeks, before realising any obvious changes. Regards

  • @DrNepal i certainly didnt get depressive thoughts even when i tried really hard. But im not sure if the sound was responsible. Other than that nothing noticable. i was expecting some euphoric states of mind.I heard that binaural beats work best with people that have a low iq. Is that true?. Not to seem cocky but i have an iq of 128

  • @techno2011997 It all depends on the aim of binaural beat. In this case certainly not designed to produce euphoria, however some may still experience so since effect of beats may vary from person to person.

Binaural beats or in fact any kind of beats or music or recordings has no association with IQ

  • @DrNepal I think it's cuz high IQ people think about what's happening. And try and decipher things, and understand things more. It's hard to let something affect you when you dissect it constantly. Just LISTEN. Purely listen. No thought.

  • @techno2011997

My IQ is higher and I found it very relaxing. You have to listen with headphones and just relax.

  • @techno2011997 My IQ is way higher than that and it does work. Your IQ doesn't mean a thing. I've been using these techniques for 12mnths now and have confirmed it with a psychologis that it workst. If you don't "actually" need it, then it will not work. If you're not the least bit unhappy then it won't work. Ever thought of that? That maybe you don't need it because there's nothing to fix?

  • @techno2011997 no. They work best if you meditate while listening to them though.

  • @DrNepal It is very effecting.I think will help me.

  • @DrNepal It is very effecting,

  • @DrNepal I have listened to numerous of these and this one in particular is making a huge difference, i am getting a more relaxed and clearer perpective on things. What is the waveform within the music that is making the difference? Thankyou

  • @joinery11 Hi,

I should point you to the fact that it is to do with the approach in gaining an access to listeners primitive mind. Primitive mind is the mind we are born with and it knows nothing besides the fear of falling, sound and hunger. Fortunately whatever we learn later still has a base of primitive mind, which can be modified with special approaches like music therapy, subliminals, meditation, hypnotherapy and so on.

  • @DrNepal thanks for your response. Forgive me for asking but are you suggesting that the sounds somehow return me to a more simple and fundemental me, if so how? The reason i ask is i am very keen to use this to benefit my life as it has helped so much so far. I initially thought it was psychosomatic but to be fair, nothing much is going on in my brain re thoughts etc whilst i listen, i also have no expectation and so can only conclude that i hold no false hope to cling to!

  • @joinery11 Allow me some time as I am a bit busy today. This will needs me explaining a theory in detail. Perhaps it would be better for me to put this information on our website considering the word limit on this reply box. But I will keep you informed. Sorry but I hope you do understand.Regards

  • @techno2011997 Thank you for this wounderful music,I love it, it's very refreshing. Yours truly, Lori R.

  • wow. this feels really good! i can feel my stomach muscles unclenching!

  • Thanks! it works! =D i feel good!

  • If you're not like depressed but maybe unhappy or feeling low, or just feeling nothing... Can you still listen to it? <3

  • @TheAikidoBush sure

  • lol I turned the volume up and now it slightly tickles my ears. And I feel a little sick as if I was going in circles or driving around crazy. Does anyone else feel the same? Is it normal? Do you have any suggestions?

  • @RenataWanderleyy re your comment on youtube. Yep felt the same, it does do some weird stuff to you but i have to say that this has actually worked, i am so much more productive. I didnt think i was even depressed or had depressive thoughts but the negative thoughts i had day to day must have impacted my life quite significantly. This piece of music in particular has affects me the most. Stick at it if you think you need to.

  • This is working great for me. It helped me get in tune with my body and realize why I was feeling so down. I'm feeling... more alive than I did a few weeks ago. Thank you!!!

  • i love it!!

  • while listening to this....felt like someone tapped me on the back of my head!

  • this was wonderful, i have some anxiety, i felt like i was travling backwards

I suffer from alot of severe pain and I haven't got up yet to see the complete effects but after I session, my chest and back are hot and moving in bed us less painful. Thank you. I plan to use it often. Just used the one for depression. My head feels light. I suffer with insomnia. Do you have one for that and do you have CDs with these helpful hz's?

  • I feel deep inner calm and an inner feeling of safety, this is at a deeper consciousness. Vivian

  • brain is feeling charged.....and feels like a good brain massage

  • Very cool. I've been using this to stay positive and it has helped me be aware of when I'm slipping into negative thinking.

  • can i listen to other music while im listening to this and get the same results

  • I`ve suffered from depression just about all my life and I find this really soothing.

  • Will this help extreme depression?

  • @MrCharleysmom it will certainly help

  • If listening with headphones, it feels like your brain is being massaged.

  • @doreal i was thinkin the same lol it's fuckin amazing

  • @doreal you're right. it does.

  • This is wonderful..I felt the negativity being drawn from me through my pores and I am tingling with bliss, Thank you.

  • towards the end i caught myself smiling firmly without any clue as to when I began smiling

  • an airplane as the low constant hum perhaps a half-step flat of true "E" ? - the harmonics reminded me of fripp & eno tape loops circa late 70's, i've also heard recordings from outer space that had the same harmonic "ring" - towards the end i'm hearing subliminal water & light bell strikes - soothing effects indeed, help me understand "concised" (is that a word?) 30 minutes down to 8???? - my internet is very slow & i wasn't able to view the video @ a high rez or even @ 480, nice though thanx

  • I love it very much

  • Great ! this is amaizing ! thnks for uploading this videos.

  • oooh i feel all tingly!! this is great!!

  • im really cooling down from stressrelated fellings of depression

  • this has made me feel umm im not sure but its taken away from my thoughts and feeling of depression how long it lasts i dont know yet but its had some effect i hope this is not placebo and can actualy help, what is a safe amount of time to listen to this per day if theres a limitation for e.g goign to sleep as it loops in the background so on. thank you

  • @millzie5 there is no limitation infact more you listen more it sticks to your subsconsciousness. You can still be sleeping playing this in background

  • @millzie5 Look inside find the stilness and peace you are awareness and do not believe for an instant that the thoughts make up who and what you are, you are divine. Starting studying and doing research on the power of the mind and thoughts. I can give you a book list with great inspiration.. love and light

  • i fell asleep near rhe end x

  • Do i need to watch it or can I just listen.. Is there one for mind relaxation for sleep probs

  • Is watching the visuals part of the treatment?

  • Very Nice,

    Thank-you!

  • If both the Depression and the Confidence Treatment are used, how far apart should they be heard? Also, do you have anything for overindulgences?

  • @HealingVenom Hi , No specific guideline on it as long as you dont feel fatigue it is ok. Overindulgence is a good one I shall consider developing this one as soon as possible.Regards

  • I was a little skeptical but this actually worked! I feel generally happier and I hope this works for everyone out there that is sad/down or have a depression!

  • Hi. I'm listening to this now. I was wondering, why are headphones recommended? Does it make a difference that certain sounds enter either the left or right ear?

    Thanks, ~c

  • Does this treat mild depression? And also, how many times a day can I listen to this? Is there any limit?

    Thank you for this.
