What makes this so great is AM's wonderful vocal and the awesome bass lines from Eric Avery; yes, the same Eric Avery from Jane's Addiction. What a bass player.

The sounds just seem to revolve around his work.

Check out post-Eric Jane's...it just doesn't seem to come close, he was the main cog in the Jan'e Addiction machine. Period.

This song has so much power behind it. I might be dodging some hits here when I say that it has elements of both the Beatles and Led Zeppelin. A well deserved Grammy for such a unique song. I saw this live when Alanis and Tori Amos toured together and it kind of sneaked up on you when you heard the intro. But when those four notes start, the crowd went wild, including me.
