Many of the companies in Nebraska uses a rubber tired roller as a finish roller behind the main one. The tires are smooth to not add any marks in the asphalt.

Is this Western? We ran the same thing at Knife River, a 5510 and a Barber- Greene. Those Greenes are sure a lot nicer than the piece of junk Cedar Rapid cold-cowls.

Asphalt smells but not as bad as roofing tar. You can smell that stuff a mile or two awa, give or take.

yeah it looks cool when it only takes 41 seconds, but when it's going on for 2 weeks outside your house you don't really see the beauty in it. Seriously, though, cool vid.
