He used either RMK liquid foundation, NARS eyeshadow (Dark coloured), Not sure what shimmer quad he's using but it could be (Lunasol or Shiseido Maquillage), Shiseido Maquillage black liner, Kanebo Lunasol eyeshadow quad. Hope this helps.
