Jeff's solos sounded pretty good, but it's funny to me how much better the rhythm parts sound in Megadeth (and Metallica) songs when it's all down picked...

The peddling parts I mean. Those songs were written to be played that way, and you can for sure tell a difference in how it's picked...

you need to learn not to anchor your picking hand when youre alt picking and you also need to use your pinky more.
