Second, botox is a chemical compound that causes muscles to contract and harden, therefore botox injections in one's lips would be counterproductive to the reaction I believe you were referencing, 'plumping' of the lips, frankly it's not uncommon for people to have naturally desirable features and there is no need to react with anger. Also, assumptions that one is a "dumb bitch" is rather trite and ill-conceived, especially to one you never met.
