  • O Jesus, son of Mary! Is thy Lord able to send down for us a table spread with food from heaven?

  • Hey I was wondering.... your electrostatic source was an electrophorus right? And I was also wondering on whether how you pasted your aluminum foil paper to the bottle?

  • So he wound up the string a bunch then let it go,rofl

  • I'll have to try this out!

  • Basofia que animal bestia eres XD eso es lo que hacen los motores dan vuelta... que wey...

  • jaja nomas da vueltas jaladas

  • It's impressive nonetheless. I didn't know these motors can be powered by the ions coming from TV's and air purifiers, thanks for the tip.

  • Stupid me, I didn't notice in the first part of the video, that the bottle is held up by a string. It's not floating at all...

  • Actually it is guided by a braided stainless steel wire I made. BUT, it is hovering between two sets of magnets. The wire is only there to keep the bottle centered between the magnet sets.

Also, this was done using a TV by switching it on and off. I've had better results using a ionic air purifier.

    okbye

  • Pretty cool. How do you get it to float, and what is the power source? a "how to" would be nice.

  • go to instructables dot com and search for electrostatic motor. That's my how-to.
