Unfortunately, you didn't keep the overlap of the secondary colours which reflected the fact that ATV broadcast "in colour". Like the idea though, especially since the Central globe fits perfectly into the main part of the ATV eye

I think that the 3 circles in the ATV ident was the actual ITV logo whenever it was used.

I have just spotted the tag "mockage" after taking another look, but someone could be uncertain. A real "Central presents" followed by an ATV ident is the top result for "Central" and "ATV" in Youtube. :-)
