The studio said that they were trying to make this movie in thier own image. That right there was doomed to fail from the start. No one wants to watch Dragon Ball other then what they seen when they first watch it. Things wrong with this movie. Goku was white. Bulma fought. Roshi wasn't as perverted as he should've be. No krillin. Roshi pronouncing Gohan name wrong through the whole movie. The Kamehameha brought people to life? The worst was how they did the dragon and gaint ape Goku.

This movie sucked so much i actually turned it off after 5 minutes (and then shift+delete)! That is a record even for me. I usually give movies the "15 minute test" before i decide if i want to watch it or turn it off.

It is the epiphany of all the bad shit that can happen when the hollywood movie meat market churns out a holy piece of crap, all rolled into one !

I think the reason people don't like it is becuase they went in expecting a dragonball movie but were sorely dissapointed. Sigh, being a movie based on the orginial Dragonball story I gotta say this movie was a disaster...
