A bullet only stays in the chamber if you put one in the chamber (cock the weapon) when you put the clip in. If you just put the clip in without cocking the weapon a bullet won't be in the chamber.

the 2nd amendment states that the federal government will not pass a law to outlaw or infringe on your right to bare arms. but you must also follow the local state laws. local government is not federal, and can pass a law to strip you of your rights to carry. that's the loophole and the reasons why liberals like bloomberg run for office in big cities. According to the laws in most states, unless a weapon purchaser goes through a background check, it is illegal to be in possession of that weapon. Also, if he doesn't have a Concealed Carry Permit, that is also illegal. Should have have a gun if he wants one? Sure, if he has acquired it legally.
We need to have access to weapons, in case of governmental tyranny, which with Dems in charge, is more likely.
