what a crummy set-up job, thats why the thing is singing instead of cutting more quietly. The tall vise jaws are useless as all of the forces are directed below...BUT if you put clamps on the jaws you could cut twice as fast without the chatter.

All three axis were converted to ballscrews. The software will cut any way you tell it to.

Did you have to convert to ball lead screws? Can you set the software to avoid climb cutting?
