Admission tip: Apply early admission - Cornell is the easiest Ivy to get into.  Don't wait until the other Ivy applicants use this as their safety school.

I got a 2120 and I'm currently a freshman. You should visit the campus if possible and find something that you click with. I'm sure you're well qualified so the most important part of your application might be just showing why you belong here. Good luck!

You're probably a senior by now but here's some advice.

I've been accepted to Cornell University Early Decision December 08. I think the thing Cornell really looks for are students who are passionate in what they plan to pursue, and if they are willing to work hard to attain that "Ivy League education".

They determine this information from the supplement essay they make you write. HINT: The college essays you summit are important!

Also don't let your SAT scores stop you from applying. : )

Hey buddy...you can pretty much do anything you devote yourself to doing. That's the power of humanity! Try to improve your grades as much as you can. But grades aren't everyhing. Do something extraordinary, set yourself apart from everyone else. Distinguish yourself...and you'll be on the right track!

it just depends on what you wanna study. If I wanted to study some liberal arts, I might have chosen Harvard, but if you want a REAL practical education in math, science, engineering, architecture, you will chose Cornell. Just because Harvard is #1 for you does not mean its #1 for everyone. I guess its true what they say about harvard, its full of stuck up pricks.

Its the most beautifull campus in the country. And in some programs such as engineering is a top 10 university.

u idiot, Cornell is 12 or 13. Just cuz u go to Harvard does not mean ur better than anyone else. I actually got into Harvard and tured it down to attend a school I found more suited to my interests, CORNELL.

quite easy, since there is a LARGE student body. solid 3.5+ SAT median is 1200-1480.
