hey hwo did you make the amour pieces on the shoes? Cuz I am trying to make a vincent costume myself but am running into the problem with the amour aka claw and boots

i made them to, but they're not that big. just took some old pair of shoes i never used anymore, and i took some sort of cloth. i cut them out in the shape i needed them and painted it in gold. the shoes were blacck and they remained black so they turned out just great. i don't know what kinda cloth it was, but i use it for almost everything when i need to cover up something and when i want it to be painted. i'll see if i can make a vid, referring to it.
