That's why it's handy to have roadside turnouts every 10 kilometers or so on highways. I've had to use them a couple times, pull over and sleep for a half hour, good to go for the rest of the trip.

There was one time I was stuck going 20 km/h (12 mph) in an 80 (50 mph) zone. Some jackass had never seen this strange fluffy white stuff blanketing the road in wintertime and was driving obnoxiously slow. Him along with half the drivers in this town. I fell asleep and woke up a few minutes later bouncing off a 6' high snow bank on the right hand side of the road.
