The new graphics came on September of 1991. Now this 10pm open was on the day of the Lucy's Shooting on October 16, 1991.

Yes, and the theme that is most familiar with these graphics debuted on New Year's Day 1992...unless they were still using TM Spirit. If that's true the NMSA entry needs to read 1984-1992. Right now it reads 1984-1991.
