MTV meant Music TV, not MUCKTV as it does now! hahaha This video was the first from APP was it not? And the band featured in it, though not animated near enough, that would have been funny
@negativ9009 The video debuted when the band were not known outside of any touring, it's one of those acts like Pink Floyd where the members were not recognized walking down the street. But PF fans know the guy who produced Dark Side of the Moon of course!
Why the cutie is with that USA gorilla? The one from blackwater who went to Iraq to kill children and unarmed civilians? Is the British guy who came back to reclaim his girl. USA gals prefer blacks or guys with a heart. That's why 70% of women in the USA choose to be lesbians.
This video in my eyes delevered just what it was saying. The breaking of ones heart and then the rediscovering of "love" and the healing it provides. Blessings to all big dad
that video couldve been so much more, the song is so soulful! The animation lends itself to a much deeper story that the song was telling, but they didnt quite do it.
I love this video so much. Drowning in melancholy bliss over it! I always felt sorry for the poor old moon when the bad guy shot into his eye but then always felt gratified at the end when he got a wipe from the hanky by Nick. So sweet!
I loved this video when it came out! Great melancholy memories of my college days when i wasnt feelin so great and I would just go down to the local dive and eat wings and watch this on MTV (when MTV had music!) PS - Alan Parsons is still performing in NY.
I would say more melancholy than sad , But the way it makes me sad is that it brings back 9th grade memories in southern california ,Man what it meant to be young . I am not a big Alan Parsons fan but what I was in a Drugstore about 5 years ago when this song came on over the speaker, I stood there with my eyes closed while it filled my soul with remeberance Not too many songs can do that to me but this did and still does!
very good clip

So only 30% of USA women choose to be with blacks or guys with a heart, and the other 70% choose to be with each other? LOLOLOL
