You can clearly see it's too heavy. Buy a pony.

This is great. I'd heard that German butchers and dairy farmers used to use Rotties for carting milk and meat using small wagons.
All dogs should have a job.

I have a Rottie male (9months) I'm going to train to cart (now) but he'll actually pull me and the cart at 15 months or so

He does very well. A different cart might be easier for him to pull, as well as on road, but he's a good boy.
