i am getting a drifter from hpi and it dont have a light kit and i was wanting to kno how i could put it on

@12danette Hi, HPI bodies rarely come with light buckets, so one way would be to DIY with some aluminium foil. I prefer to just get my body from Tamiya. Just make sure its made for 190mm chassis and has enough hood clearance. Yokomo produces better detailed and slightly more expensive bodies, you can check them out too.

idk if this will help or mess you up since i dont know how to drift a real or RC car but the rule of thumb for a motorcycle is dont look at what your trying to avoid, if you look at the cup/pilon/cone/rock etc etc. you will probably run into it, instead look where you want the car to go. just a suggestion. I plan on getting a drift car shortly after i get a new scx10. sorry if this was already said. and props for the Mustang body :D

I think you are trying to go too big. Maybe try doing smaller drifts to get the hang of it and improve. Ive never done RC drifting so i wouldn't know but it sounds logical to me.

It should be really cool to have the onboard video shots from the side so you can see the front wheel making the steers and counter steers. Also a shot with the camera mounted to the back of the car facing forward showing the car going through the drifts. You guys have gotten much better. Keep it up.

You guys should set up a track and try to stay between the lines. then each time you do it make the track narrower so that you can test yourself, that's the best way to practice in my opinion.
