Fascinating. My father has studied Kabbalah for 50 years and I realize so did my grandfather . I remember he had this strange tree on the wall and all he would say is that is the tree of life. From watching this amazing man I have started to be interested in the last 3 weeks. However , I´m very confused as there seem to be so many versions and contradictions.

Well I am confused with 1 thing with Kabbalah and religion. In Kabbalah it is said you reincarnate but in most world religions namely Islam and Christianity you will be judged for what you did in this life. I am very confused as to which one is the truth Kabbalah or Islam (as I am Muslim) because I can't have it both ways I can't think I will be reincarnated only to find out I was wrong and vice versa.

I have been learning that Kabbalah cannot be shared, it must be sought. There must be desire for it or it will not be received. Of course kabbalah appears like sorcery, to a cave man so would electricity. People cannot be receptive if they are dragged out of their cave, they must choose to walk out into the Light.

@thirtythree303 The Jewish people have also been accused of witchcraft because of Kabbalah. Christians of all kinds have missed the point. Christ stated if you think it you've done it. This is Kabbalah. We must learn to control our thoughts and emotions, turn hate into love. Thoughts come before actions, so if there is no thought/emotion behind the action, there is no change. The definition of insanity is repeating the same action and expecting a different result. You must change the thought.

Heaven is in a higher phase level and is literally in the sky above earth in the heavens. Hell is close to our planet, because the bad things that go on; on this planet, generate hell. If there was a paradise planet with nothing bad going on, then there wouldn't be a hell there. Only heaven.

I humbly disagree. We need a foundation of virtue to climb the rung of spiritual life with a goal of Holiness and unity with the Divine. The journey without the "school" provided by religion or doing of mitvot is like going to university and expecting successwithout having gone to elementary school. Many come unprepared. - "Belief" doesn't exist in Kabbalah. One of its first rules is "the judge has only what his eyes can see," meaning that if you don't attain a clear perception of the force controlling our reality, then you shouldn't blindly believe it exists (like people do in religion). Most religions have their spiritual systems, they have they great masters. The Hinduism, Islam, Judaism, Buddhism to name couple. It is unwise to say I teach the one & only system which works.
