I was driving in middle creek when it hit, and within the space of 3 seconds it went from some lightning and thunder, to a white wash with 60 MPH winds. Giant branches were blowing in the road and the car felt like it might flip.

When I turned back after it passed, almost every pine tree on the road I was on was down, and a tree in my back yard had taken out my pool (it will not be missed)

Fucking crazy to think I was about a quarter mile away from losing everything.
