  • you should tie up your long hair first before starting how to make the kimchi.....otherwise, your hair might fall and get mix in that nice kimchi your making..am i right?hygiene first before everything.

  • Napa and Chinese are different varieties of cabbage. Kimchi uses mu, which is different from Chinese radish.
