Thank you so much! I have had a hard too with the lashes, I've messed up several pair.  Questions: Will the glue be totally dry after one minute of still tacky? Do you ever use mascara on the lashes? Are Ardels the ones you use most? What kind of lash glue do you use?

@rlynn220 You're welcome. The glue will not be totally dry. After one minute of tacky the lash will anchor and you will have time to manipulate it onto your eyeliner line. Once you get it where you want it, however, leave it alone and you will have a total bond shortly. I have purchased so many brands and styles of eyelashes. Depends on what I am aiming for which ones I use. I have used these 103's 20+ times. I don't use mascara on them. The glue I use is sold at Dollar Tree for a buck.

@CurvyGemDiva69 Anyone that has eyelashes has enough. These eyelash extensions can really add drama to your eyeshadow look. I wouldn't recommend fake lashes for everyday, but if you're stepping out. These things can really be the icing on the cake. Especially the rhinestone, pearl accented and glittery ones.

They are cute and the first few times they did feel strange, it all depends on having the proper placement on the skin just above your eyelashes and the style and length of lashes you use as well. I can remember wearing some super long ones and trying to blink while wearing my eyeglasses was a hazard. LOL It was so crazy.

@parrisj21 Take your time and don't give up. Choose false eyelashes with the thicker bands first. They are more visible and more sturdy than the thin banded ones. Before using glue the fake eyelashes have a little adhesive on them. Try applying them without adding any extra glue. If you can position them correctly, try it with glue. Also look at how the lashes sit in the packaging. Only apply the glue to the area that you see stuck to the eyelash holder. Glue must dry 1 full min first.

i have the sonya wig in a #2 and i love it ,,,i also purchased it in the color your wearing at it fits looser and raises at the crown....any suggestions???

@cjap64 I'm glad you like the wig. I believe it is a great choice. I think you're saying the #2 fits fine and the other does not. Try loosing the adjustable straps. They should only be in the very first or second loop closer to the ears not tightened all the way to the tag. Try using a thicker wig cap. Make sure you align the ear tabs at the ears. Get a fishnet wig cap and apply bobby pins in the wig to pin it down. Finally try tilting/twisting the wig a bit for a better fit.

@ILoveToScrub You're welcome. This will be the year. Today will be the day you learn to apply false lashes. Once you find your signature pair and brand you will be in business. I don't watch much TV so I'm not sure what you're referring to, but they are easy to just peel off if applied to your skin instead of your natural eyelash, however using one of the oil based makeup remover pad helps to remove fake eyelashes, glue residue, eyeshadow and liners easily. @cherrybrown1030 Thank you. Do not sleep in these. They are to be taken off before you go to bed, and re-applied in the morning for daily wear. I don't wear false eyelashes daily. I use The Falsies mascara almost daily to complete my look.

@eastnybabe Once you get it the first time it will still take time. While you are a newbie I would suggest staying away for the very thin banded fake eyelashes. Find a pair of Ardell 103 or 107 and look at the thickness of the band. Start with those. Apply the glue to the back of the band and place them on your eyelid above your natural eyelashes. Try applying them to your eyes without adding glue. If you can get them up there dry, then you can certainly get them up there with glue added.

@divabrownsugar2010 I messed up several pairs before I learned. It's my hope that you won't have to. It's not rocket science. Just remember to take your time. There is no reason to have to rush the process. If you remember where to place to glue on the lash and when you do apply the glue to wait one full minute at least...half the battle is won. All eyelashes are not created equal. You'll have to buy several pair and it's just trial and error until you find your signature brand and style.

@xstacy2 You will get it. Try using these eyelashes. I am able to wear them over and over which makes them a great value. Because the band is thick and sturdy you can't/shan't go wrong. Don't give up.
