Hi I've just recently heard about somatics. I'm suffering with recurring shoulder pain and I'm hoping these set of exercises will help :) Ideally, how many times a week should you perform the exercises and how long before you notice results? Thank you.

You should notice a difference straight away. Do it 3 to 4 times a week to start with then less time 5 to 6 times a week. let me know how you get on.
