the guitar is not out of tune. and you must have a pretty amazing ear if you think so. cause all the pitches are relative to one another and lead up by step and are very much in tune. i would like to know exactly what part is out of tune cause i can not hear it.

true, true.. but here in Holland we have a saying: in the end cheap means expensive (in dutch the words rhyme and stuff) but it means that cheap stuff is cheap for a reason: it's not the best quality(sp, and with instruments that obviously means wood that bends easily when in a warm place, strings snapping faster etc. and I personally believe what you just said, but my dad..he uhm, he almost lives by that saying I just explained. no really, he sometimes FORCES me to buy expensive stuff..
