Thanks man, they are the most simple of all. The pattern is just KRLKRLRL and you can move it wherever you want to make loads of fills from it! Make sure to accent the right hand and ghost note the left.

Its the same pattern RLKRLKRLRLKKRLRL but with RLRLKK at the beggining starting on the "e" of 2, hope that helps!

if you start  rlrlkk on the e of 2 how does the pattern fit in to one measure??help

It uses 32nd notes, so that means there are 32 in a bar, and 8 in each quarter note. If you start on the "e" of 2 then that gives you 6 hits till the end of bar 2, then the last two bars have 16 notes. 16 + 6 = 22. There are 22 hits there.
