Those yellow ones look awesome! I'm still on my two week free trial for prescription until tomorrow and I still can't get the hang of putting them in. I usually end up with fist marks through the bathroom walls in frustration and all you can hear is "FOR F**K SAKE!!" for about 20-30mins, but I eventually get there. Have you seen Pitch Black and The Chronicles of Riddick? I want to get some lenses like Vin Diesel's.. and hopefully I'd look as hard as him :D

It seems painful.. I'm getting colored contacts.. and um can someone tell me what happens if the contact doesn't go over the color of your eye and you accidentally get it on the white of your eye?

@InstantEvil You just blink a few times and it moves into place. I'm still learning to put mine in, but it's damn hard not to blink if you put your lens right over your iris as all you see is your finger coming right at you. It's actually better to place the lens onto the white and either move it over with your finger and you'll blink automatically anyway and it'll be in place.

I'll try some coloured ones like you before long as I'm using daily disposables ones which are very thin which makes them fold over easy putting them in..

Don't buy contacts from a random website, make sure you get proper advise on how to clean, put in, and remove contacts. I've had them for about 2 years and it can be horrible if you don't take care of them properly. And btw, you can take them out whatever way, as long as you don't hurt your eyes.

I have something coming up that I need colored contacts for, and I no longer have time to order prescribed ones. So my question is, does putting the colored contact over a clear one actually work? I know it's bad as hell for your eyes, but do they slip off or tear? It would mean a lot if you answered because I need to make a decision ;)

If you want a nice, natural, but noticable change to your eyecolour, Green from say "Freshlook Colorblends" would be great. If you want something more noticable, get gray. Remember gray shows up quite dark on dark eyes, nothing like the commercial pictures because they use light eyed models :) hope I helped.

its not much of a difference anyways unless your degree is different thn just mix and match. most probably spent 5-10 mins. or else your contacts are inside out. ask your optician for tiny details.
