I was thinking the same thing but I got this a few days ago and Steve shows variations for all the barbell lifts with kettlebells. You really only need one set of kettlebells and a pull-up bar. I have 2.5 sets and its PERFECT (2-12kg, 2-16kg and 1-20kg bell)
Seems great. Too bad than cannot do this at home unless you have a ton of equipment.

So do you need 2 kettlebells of same size or what? I dont have pull-up bar either. Can you trust those that are rigged into a door frame?
Anyway i think i have to get this later. I just started doing extreme kettlebells upper and lowerbody 2 times a week. Let see where that takes me...

You'll want 2 of the same size/weight. I use a pull-up bar in my door frame. Im 175 lbs and its fine.

IM glad steve put some barbell things in here. A strength training routine isnt complete without one!

@Bigturns33 I totally agree.. The pull ups + barbells just put it all together. At first I was skeptical, but this actually looks really good!
