If you have it saved as a sound file, just put it in Movie maker or something and add a picture, tell it your done and to make your movie, va-la, upload.

Where are the pre made loops! Everytime I try and search for them, it just... The only pre made loops I find are on the sample song..

That's why, probably. I've never used Movie Studio in any way. I use Sony Vegas Pro and ACID Pro.
