@johnnynono It was dry when I started cooking and the scrapple provided enough grease to get things sizzling.

the best and easy way to cook Scrapple is on an electric grill such as the George Foreman which cooks both sides at the same time....you can cook eggs on it too....i will never use a frying pan again to make Scrapple.....
